Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of techsavvysolutions.org and the services provided by Tech Savvy Solutions ("we", "us"). By using the website or engaging us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We provide digital marketing services including SEO, local SEO, web development, PPC / paid media, social media marketing and content marketing. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each project are set out in a written proposal, quote or agreement ("Project Agreement"). If it conflicts with these Terms, the Project Agreement prevails.

2. Free audits and consultations

Free audits and strategy calls are provided for information only. They are not a guarantee of results and creating one does not oblige either party to enter a Project Agreement.

3. No guarantee of results

Search rankings, traffic, leads and ad performance depend on factors outside our control, including search engine and platform algorithms, competition and your own business. Figures and case results shown on this site describe past client outcomes and are not promises of future performance.

4. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, content and timely access (website, analytics, ad accounts) needed for the work.
• Give timely feedback and approvals; delays may move agreed timelines.
• Make sure materials you give us do not infringe anyone else's rights and that you have the right to use them.
• Keep your own accounts and passwords secure.

5. Fees and payment

• Fees, billing cycle and due dates are stated in the Project Agreement; unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within the period shown on the invoice.
• Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google or Meta is separate from our management fees and is paid by you.
• We may pause work on accounts with overdue invoices.
• Fees already paid for work performed are non-refundable unless the Project Agreement says otherwise.

6. Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you (such as written content and custom designs). We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, code libraries, methods and know-how, and may reuse general knowledge gained. Third-party materials (themes, plugins, fonts, stock images) stay under their own licences. Unless you ask us not to, we may mention you as a client and describe the work in our portfolio.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the project, except where disclosure is legally required.

8. Website use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping it in a way that harms its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes. All content on the site is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or republished without permission.

9. Third-party platforms

Our work depends on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, WordPress, hosting providers and others). We are not responsible for changes to their policies, outages, account suspensions or fees.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill arising from use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Disclaimer

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Termination

Either party may end a Project Agreement with written notice as stated in it (or, if none is stated, 30 days' notice). You remain responsible for fees for work done up to the end date.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, after the parties first try in good faith to resolve the matter informally.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
